A VPN, proxy, or Cloudflare WARP can replace your normal public IP with another address. If one is enabled, the detected IP may be different from your regular connection.
Mobile operators and some ISPs may use shared public IPs such as CGNAT. Your detected address can also change when switching between mobile data, Wi-Fi, or different networks.
Some services may detect your IPv4 address while others can return IPv6. Both may belong to the same connection, but a server or firewall may see only one of them.
Many internet connections use dynamic IP addresses. Your public IP may change after reconnecting, restarting your router, or when your ISP assigns a new address.
If you cannot access your website, cPanel, email, or another server service, click Copy All IPs and send the complete results to our support team. This helps us identify which public IP address the server is seeing and check whether it has been blocked by the firewall.
This can happen when you are using a VPN, proxy, Cloudflare WARP, mobile data, CGNAT, or both IPv4 and IPv6. Your ISP may also route connections differently between services. Different results do not necessarily mean there is a problem.
Yes, if possible. Disable your VPN, proxy, or WARP and run the IP check again. This helps identify your normal public IP address. If the problem only happens while the VPN is enabled, you can also send both sets of results to support.
